California is home to the largest music festival in the United States, and some of the largest convention centers in the West Coast. From world renowned Gay Pride celebrations to incoming World Cup and Olympic events, California has it all. Our events can make a lasting impact on resource recovery for the better or the worst. This TC is for anyone interested at the intersection of zero waste, sustainability initiatives, venues and events. We will highlight events and festivals paving the way for the industry, and there will be opportunities to troubleshoot, and share any insights. California knows how to party! Lunch will be provided.
