    After a ten-month recruitment process, CRRA has hired John Dane as our Executive Director as of October 1, 2013.

    John has 25 year of experience in non-profit and association operations and management, including five years as the Executive Director of the 22,000 members California State Firefighters’ Association and another five years as the Executive Director of the United States Rowing Association, an Olympic team and membership organization.  John has also served in diverse roles with accountabilities including membership/sponsorship development, government affairs and advocacy, strategic planning, business alliances and partnerships, PAC fundraising and leadership, budgeting and finance, events and seminars, and foundation management.
