BATTERIES - WHAT'S NEXT?

The purpose of this Topic Lunch Hour is to provide attendees with not only a background on the issues related to batteries and their impact on those in the resource and material management industry, but also to discuss ideas that are on the table at the state capitol regarding how to resolve ongoing issues related to the disposal of batteries.  We’ll also have an open discussion about how local waste management facilities are dealing with the serious issues posed by batteries in our waste streams.
