Management Analyst I/II (Environmental Utilities)

The City of Roseville’s Environmental Utilities Department is looking for a collaborative and analytical Management Analyst to support strategic planning initiatives, regulatory compliance, performance tracking, and grant development across utilities. This position plays a key role in connecting data, policy, and operations to support effective service delivery and informed decision-making within one or more of these program areas Solid Waste, Water, Stormwater and Wastewater utilities.

This role will support strategic planning efforts, compliance reporting, grant administration, contract management, policy development, and special projects that help advance the department’s operational and sustainability goals across utilities.
