Circular Action Alliance is hiring a California Education & Outreach Manager, responsible for translating the SB 54 recycling, composting, and reuse/refill goals into public understanding and action. The role oversees a strategic, comprehensive approach that builds awareness, earns trust, and supports measurable behavior change through consistent, accessible, and culturally responsive guidance delivered statewide and adapted locally. The California E&O Manager will build and supervise a team of education and outreach specialists, and partner with interest holders across the state on improving recycling among single-family, multi-family and commercial generators, as well as schools and DACs.
